Because all items in usona's collection are made to order in our European factories, lead-times for all custom orders are normally in the 18 week range. Orders are not subject to cancellation or refund at any time after production begins. Usona simply requires a 50% deposit to place an order, and full balance prior to shipping. We can arrange for freight to most locations on the globe and a usona representative will gladly provide you with a freight quote upon request prior to order placement.
