Because all items in Usona’s collection are made to order in our European factories, lead times for custom orders are typically around 18 weeks. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.Usona requires a 50% deposit to place an order, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. We can arrange freight to most locations worldwide, and a Usona representative will gladly provide a freight quote upon request before order placement.Color, grain variations, and veining are natural characteristics of wood, stone, iron, fabric, and leather. These variations highlight the uniqueness of each piece. As a result, the natural qualities may differ from pieces you have seen in our showroom or on our website (usonahome.com).
